I am a non-violent offender looking to make a connection with someone special. I’ve never been a million dollar anything but in 2012, I was dubbed the Million Dollar Burglar by burglary detectives and the Las Vegas Review Journal. I got the nickname from burglarizing a billionaire’s house for an estimated $2.6 million back in 2010. They said I excelled in removing safes from homes with and without alarms and sentenced me to 20 years to life under Nevada’s habitual offender statute for property crimes. In 2014, I received a little relief and was re-sentenced to 10 years to life and am eligible for parole in 2021. I understand, you can’t just go around feeding off the public. Stealing is wrong, period. But I haven’t met one person yet who doesn’t cheer thieves on when watching movies like Set It Off, Ocean’s Eleven or Gone in 60 Seconds. Why is that? And you can’t say it’s because it’s just a movie either. There are plenty of characters in movies we’d never root for. It has to be because we get to know the characters and their stories. We understand what led them down that path and can see their hearts are good. In that same sense, I have no doubt you’d see it’s no different when it comes to many of our stories. If you’re interested in becoming friends and in getting to know each other, I’m only an email or stamp away…
